It’s been three weeks since we moved into our new home in Clayton, and we only got the phone and Internet working last night. It was all Telstra’s fault who couldn’t fix the problem but only to make problem worse.
The first week the phone was actually connected, but the second week our phone number was changed to another one, the one that Telstra claimed to belong to another account at another address. And then the third week the ringtone in the phone was gone. I called Telstra three times before they fixed the problem yesterday.
It was all because of Telstra, we had three weeks without the phone and Internet. Should I claim for compensation?
