Everybody loves the drag and drop nature of OS X. Drag an app into your applications folder, and it’s installed.
You probably think that it is the same as removing an app – simply drag it from application to trash. However, you are wrong.
Applications install supported files on your Mac that generate clutter. You have two options to uninstall properly in Mac – AppZapper and AppTrap
AppZapper is a commercial software and you are required to pay $12.95 for a license while AppTrap is a free and open source, you simply need to drag an application to trash and AppTrap will move other associated files for you.
Give AppTrap a try to uninstall your applications properly.
