Backspace and delete keys not working in SecureCRT after upgrade to CDH5.4.x

Some CDH users had complained that backspace and delete keys do not work anymore in Beeline, Hive CLI and Pig clients after upgrading CDH from 5.3.x to 5.4.x. This is to do with Beeline and Pig were switched to use jline2 from jline, caused some old shell clients behave odd To fix this issue: 1) Ensure Linux emulation is selected in SecureCRT’s session options: secure-crt-options 2) Ensure TERM is set to linux in the shell: 

export TERM=linux
