Robot Replay is a Rails application written by Nitobi that allows you to record how your users use your website, and play it on the browser when you want to see.
You include about 10K of JavaScript file on your site, and then user events will be recorded and sent back to RobotReplay. Once the user is done with their session you can play it back on a browser as it happened, very handy.
