Every one of my friends now knows that I am in a new job and new environment since two weeks ago. The new company is a bit far away from home, but it is good so far and I have been enjoying working there.
Losing weight has been one of my both long and short term goals that I have been trying to achieve in the last few years without a success. My new colleagues have setup three runs a week at lunch time routine, that everyone in the company can join. It is been 2 weeks and I have joined every single session. I think it is a good chance for me to do more exercise and actually lose weight.
Can I achieve my goal?
