Finish run for kids 2011 yesterday for 14.38 run. Although I have been training since last year, I still can’t walk properly after crossing the finishing line @ around 10:40AM. Maybe because I have been running in a park with flat surface, but the route for yesterday’s run had lots of uphills and downhills and my muscle probably still can’t cope with it.
I will definitely join again next year. Now waiting for tomorrow’s run result from Herald Sun.
